# Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to deferred, subscription, or recurring purchases, including the **12-Month Rescue Ready Coverage Plan**.

## Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel a subscription purchase within **14 calendar days** of the order date for a full refund. If you asked us to begin providing coverage immediately within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for coverage already provided.

## Cancelling Auto-Renewal

Your Rescue Ready plan renews automatically at the end of each 12-month term. You may cancel auto-renewal **at any time before your renewal date** and no further payments will be taken. Your coverage will continue until the end of the current paid term.

## After Renewal

If your plan renews and you did not intend it to, contact us within **14 calendar days** of the renewal charge and we will refund the renewal payment in full, less a proportionate amount for any coverage days already provided at your request.

## Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within **5 to 10 working days**.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 or the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
