## Delivery Coverage

HeartShield Ltd dispatches emergency equipment across all **32 counties of Ireland** from our Dublin operations centre. All orders are verified by our technical desk prior to dispatch.

## Dispatch & Delivery Times

- **Order processing:** Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of order confirmation.
- **Standard delivery:** [2–4] business days from dispatch, via recorded, signature-tracked courier services (such as An Post or tracked couriers).
- Delivery estimates are made in good faith but may be subject to severe weather, local roadblocks, or global medical supply bottlenecks. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay.

## Shipping Costs

- **Standard tracked delivery:** [Free on orders over €150]
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

## Signature & Inspection on Delivery

Because our products are clinical life-rescue devices, all deliveries require a **signature on receipt**. We ask that you examine the shipping box upon arrival and notify our Dublin Safety Desk of any visible transit damage or missing items within **3 business days** of receipt where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the damage reporting process.

## Services & Digital Confirmations

The 12-Month Rescue Ready Coverage Plan and One-Time Inspection & Compliance Update are services and do not involve physical shipping. Confirmation and scheduling details are sent by email after purchase.

## Installation Note

Heated outdoor cabinets must be installed by a fully certified local electrician. Shipping does not include installation unless separately arranged.
